Lost & Found Policy

Gold Coast Transit District is not responsible for items left on the buses. If you misplace something on the bus or at a GCTD facility, please call our Customer Service Center at 805-487-4222.  Please note: If found, items will not be available until at least 24 hours after they were reported missing.  Valid ID must be presented at the time of retrieval.  Perishables or items deemed unsanitary will be discarded.

Liability Claims

If an accident is had on, or with, a GCTD vehicle then a liability claim must be filed. To file a liability claim, download and complete the liability claim form.
